How to get started
- Contact me and learn more about how we can work together.
- Pre-treatment phone interview: I will do my best to contact you within 48 hours to discuss your needs and our next steps.
- Have your doctor complete Enhancing Movement's referral paperwork.
- Schedule your appointment: After confirming insurance benefits and receiving your doctor’s referral, we will schedule your appointment. All appointments take place in your home and last about one hour.
What to expect:
The evaluation. I will address your questions and concerns and I will share my findings.
Treatment: If physical therapy services are needed, we will work together to come up with your treatment. We will have fun making movement easier!
I will communicate with your health care providers evaluation findings and recommendations.
For your convenience, I bill insurance, and I accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards including healthcare spending account cards for copayments and private fees.
